Multi-Asset Mining Portfolio –
PNG & Australia
< Home
Overview
This multi-asset mining package offers full ownership of a company holding four distinct mineral projects: a gold mining project in Papua New Guinea’s Crater Mountain (with multiple ore zones), an advanced-stage graphite project in Australia, the Sunset North gold deposit (shallow open-pit potential), and a polymetallic mine. The combined portfolio provides broad commodity exposure with JORC-compliant resources and active mining licenses already in place for key assets. A base camp and exploration facilities exist at the PNG site (dormant since COVID-19), and other assets have essential infrastructure to support exploration and future production. The transaction, valued at USD 140 million (inclusive of intermediary fees), would give an investor 100% ownership of the operating company and its subsidiaries. With mining permits secured (e.g. PNG Mining Lease valid to 2029 and Australian exploration licenses in good standing) and additional applications in process, the portfolio is positioned for rapid advancement and resource expansion under new ownership.
